I’m gonna continue to take all my supplements and all the medication and stuff I need to do today and to also continue drinking more soup and then tomorrow I’m gonna get back into the gym

I haven’t been to work in 2 weeks so I haven’t made any money. I’m very stressed and the gym is my only way to get some of that out. That’s why I used to drink so much to cope with the stress. I need to get back to the gym

I drank for years I get you bro
I used to down a bottle of whiskey per day
dry now for many years, always hit the gym instead of drinking now too

but keep eating hot soup and honey daily with high vitamins
and BACK at the gym Only do 50% usually volume and drop weights bye 50% trust me
first 1 week go slow to re-adapt @Justlearning22
Yes sir I will drop my weight down and take it easy. I will continue to eat soup and take the vitamins for the next couple of days
