When my wife divorced me, I hit rock bottom, I really contemplated suicide as well. But I was able to get things back going in the right direction. And met my future wife.

I’m glad you pulled though it bro. Like is not about what happens to you it’s about how you act when you’re back is against the wall and you are at rock bottom and how you pull yourself back up and keep fighting.

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- chicken noodle soup and crackers

Snack- chicken noodle soup

Dinner- steak and mixed veggies

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar, protein yogurt
