50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch-pot roast with carrots, one cup of rice and green beans

Dinner- steak, sweet potatoes and a salad

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, omega-3 mix, protein cookie

how do you feel with more carbs?
 
Question- what else can I do to help with the acne? I’m on vitamin A and I use a special kind of soap.
I have been using a supp called DIM and over two months my acne has cut back over 75%. I use 600mg a day.

Yes DIM helps @Ravenson good suggestion but mostly not because its anti-acne but because its anti-estrogenic, I'm going ot guess your acne was e2 related

You can see it on my last picture but it’s not that bad I just don’t want it to get worse

Not e2 for me, my estrogen never gets high unless I go over 750 test.

@Justlearning22 i gave the protein shake with the oats and honey a go and it was good man.
