@going2cycle well I don’t know about Chicken soup for the soul as I’m a pagan lol but I sure stocked up on a bunch chicken soup for the gut with my last grocery store run this morning before I get to down with this shit. Thank you for sharing that, very interesting to me as an epidemiologist. It’s long been know that increased metabolism during colds helps to burn through it “faster” so caffeine makes sense for that as well as what the article was stating about antioxidants. Update: this hit quick the only thing I have been able to eat today is some jello. Everything else hurts too bad to swallow. Had about 200 cals is all today. Typically when I get Covid I’m down 5 days so hoping it won’t be too long before I can eat again and get back to training. Probably slept over 20 hours in the last 24 so I am getting good rest at least. If you can only do liquids, you have to force yourself to drink protein shakes and chicken broth at least, push yourself to do it or very hard to recover bro @RavensonUpdate: this hit quick the only thing I have been able to eat today is some jello.
