I have been short on time to update since my trip is close. I've spent a lot of time on some last-minute preparations to be able to leave for a while without worrying. The last thing I need while trying to perform is to worry about my mail or utility bills.
For my diet, during this cycle, my calories stayed between 2,800–3,000/day mid-cycle, then slowly tapered to about 2,700–2,800/day now.
That’s just enough to stay full and strong but lean out week by week. I must admit that on some days, I have an extra whey protein shake or even two if I'm feeling particularly hungry, so this may not reflect reality every day.
Protein: 260–270g/day (this never dropped once)
Carbs: 200–225g/day (cycled lower on non-training days)
Fats: 80–90g/day (mostly eggs, fish, olive oil, nuts)
