carrots are a good source of vitamins for the eyes. the color of them is beneficial. @Justlearning22 but some people have a hard time digesting them

chicken brocolli mix sounds good. growing up we will add some sauce to it. @Justlearning22 some cream sauce but i know its heavy with the dairy
