Nearly couldn't wake up this morning,
Was in a real deep sleep, happened over night aswell couldn't wake up properly, Definitely need a solid sleep tonight.

Work was a breeze not much going on there,
Working back into the routine,
Will be getting gym done straight after work.

Lifts were strong,
Energy was high,
All in all a real good workout,

Had another pretty deep nights sleep(to the point I didn'twake when baby was screaming.),
woke up 30minutes prior to my alarm though, that was annoying, missed minutes of sleep!!

Today my eyes felt very heavy and sleepy,
But my energy didn't feel bad?
Come the late afternoon, very sleepy whilst being stuck in a low stim room with a mental health patient. πŸ’€πŸ’€

Last night I went to 2.4mg Reta, after having some issues "snacking" late at night the last few days..
That brings me from 1mg to 2.4mg in approx 4-5 doses.

Cruisy afternoon with football training to round out the night.
