New guy

Hey guys, im Jay 29 years old and been debating a cycle for a long time now. The only thing holding me back is not really knowing much about dodging things like gyno&heavy acne.

Currently im 5’9” 155lbs and about %16 bf this pic is a few months old, but i was 165 in it about the same physique now just leaner. Currently im on my 4th week of reta 2mg a week, and ghkcu 2mg daily. My end goal is to be 170 lean

Can anyone give me some tips here? My diet i stay pretty locked in and may have a cheat meal once every 2 weeks or so if that. I have a crazy work schedule but do full body workouts 3 days a week, for 1 1/2 hours and very active outside the gym when home building,cleaning or just doing hikes/calisthenics at home.

What are some good sources, how can i avoid gyno? And would 100-150mg weekly be good?

Acne is something that needs to be individualized. Everybody who suffers from acne has a strategy to deal with it but when you run steroids it definitely can flare up more.

Bros, when it comes to gyno, you got to keep your estrogen balanced. That's why blood work is important. You should get blood work done before you start and then during the cycle.

When it comes to gyno, you must have AIs on hand. It's very important. It's a good idea to start running them from day one, especially if you're using compounds that aromatize, such as testosterone or D-Bol.

Acne is something that needs to be individualized. Everybody who suffers from acne has a strategy to deal with it but when you run steroids it definitely can flare up more.
So in that since, ive never had a problem with acne always had very clear skin since a kid maybe it wont be so bad on me

that is a great peptide stack. ghk is good, but i would add bpc or tb500 to it
