Log Update: 25/04/26
On the tail end of the flu
Hit quite hard - I think being in defecit for so long & a bit of background stress from other things just ran me down.
Past week and half I’ve had very little energy and motivation, I dropped 1kg in weight in my reverse phase where calories have been increased and I haven’t been able to put it back on yet.
Gym took a hit for about 5 days last week, but I got back to it this week.

Fridays session ( yesterday ) was the first session in days where I felt my energy and strength back. It was a good push session to. Be honest
Bit more Chest focused & I did get a PB with seated DB shoulder press.
25kg Dumbbell…yew
Can weirdly press more with dumbbells than a barbell
Sleep has been terrible lately also and my resting HR has gone up a little, but I’m just putting this down to the flu
Anyway this is the tail end of it. I’m feeling better day by day now - I’ll still lock in and get some size back on
