Still working in my ratios and E2 awareness.
That’s good to go. I just went upto 150mg still waiting to get bloods on the new war born oil. Another decent 5 weeks to go and I’ll be getting some drawn! Still haven’t had any bad e2 sides at all really on my TRT journey so far. Been lucky honestly

Yeah im still new to all this,
Got some solid blood results from 200mg a week,

So decided to up it, and add in another compound,

3 weeks out from bloods.
 
Think this was for Undo,

Atm I have a "sorta" coach,
I follow a structured program set by an ex-afl footballer

I haven't ever dived into it either. A few of the Team War Born lads have online coaches. They all swear by it ay. Maybe one day. Got so much other shit to focus on ATM honestly.

I gotta get into a different training program rather than my current bro split. That's why I would probs get a coach. Need to figure out how to plan a push pull legs like @UndoTyping. Its just hard to nail how many exercises of each muscle group I like. I do too much volume as it is.

I used to do only bro split aswell. But started getting really sore as I got older. Had to figure out a better training program. My mates a PT and he writes programs for all the boys. I can get him to do something for you @War Born Peptides.

He just gave me a print out of ones his already done so it wouldn’t cost anything

Got the next few weeks off work. In between big projects so it allows us to either do something part time or just take some time to R&R plus I had a bunch of holidays up my sleeve so gonna be heaps more active on here and hopefully get a workout in most days

This is what happens when you get 2 blokes with kids,

You end up getting a decent kip in cookie? I had probs like 5hrs maybe. Had a pre then went to smash legs. Did my work out post in my notes for the first time. Made it so much easier then trying to remember the workout when I get home
