I keep reading stuff like this with DHB in the cycle. Makes me really want to give it a go.My strength has went up in all my lifts it’s crazy I am just adding more and more weight with to everything and it seems like “gravity don’t exist “ lol I haven’t pushed my bench to hard but on every cable machine added a new hole .. and my hack squat I added a extra 45 on each side 2 weeks ago then this week added a extra 25 on each side and it don’t feel much different lol a little but nothing crazy …
