Approved Log Self TRT body recomp training Log

1st light pull session today since the Hernia Surgery.

Felt great to be back in the gym lifting again after so many weeks off 💪🏻

Has also been great taking the wife with me and helping her train to, I’m hoping she’ll grow to like it just like I do.

I’m still not back to lifting 100% of what I was previously, but i will get back to it over the coming weeks as the healing gets stronger and stronger.

I remain uncoached atm but I will getting coached again to put me on the best path going forward for gains.

Keen to put @Southern Cross Labs & @ War Borns peptides to proper use again back in the gym 💉🧬.

I’m also back to work as of this Thursday to, the 6 weeks off has truly flown by.

How did the surgery areas feel while tensing the core? Feel pretty much all healed up and ready to rock?
