• No Alarm today, up at 0430. Sleep has been short. Throw on the sweats get my pre loaded 50mg Sus 500, 50mg primo, 25 mg mast, put on the science officers robe Mr. Ash is up eyeballing me needing out quickly. I take him outside to do his show and he sniffs everything as we do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got 6 eggs this morning. I am stumbling around this morning the legs definitely are sore. I hit the garage to get warmed and loosen up. Started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 30 minutes. Most definitely need to stretch out as a bit of tightness is coming in the lower back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. I still have some pain. So I am not going to push my luck. Instead, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. 20 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

• Notes of day
• 191.0 this morning.
The fires here are everywhere. It is making it very hard to breathe. Then my eyes are leaking randomly. Hopefully our firefighters are safe and get control of this stuff soon. So on a side note the shop had a training session during lunch. I didn't eat the greasy pizza they brought in for lunch. It was crappy pizza anyway. I had my chicken and rice with soup. And a big ass protein shake and a rice cake with almond butter. I told them I can't eat it anyway, it will mess with my stomach and get me sick. I will smash my chicken spaghetti at home soon. Way better than the fake pizza show they got here. I bet it tastes of disappointment and depression. Don't get me wrong if it was my jamb here of New York pizza, a local shop. I would have joined in as they use minimum processed flour and fresh ingredients. They even have real mozzarella not the stuff made with citrus acids, but with rennet. Iykyk

Thats my rant for the day.

TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS June 24/2026
William Bonac takes 1st Place with a dominant, veteran‑level showing. He is being called the new Dexter. As he is riding the wave out to the next show.
Final scorecards confirm Ali Edward Kargbo in 2nd, Sas Heirati in 3rd, Daniel Goss in 4th, and Lorenzo Leeuwe in 5th.
Fan Reaction:
Community threads are split — many argue Kargbo’s front poses and density were enough to edge Bonac, but the judges rewarded Bonac’s completeness and stage command.
Regardless, this is Kargbo’s highest pro placing ever. He picks up detail he could win this one.
• Italy Pro Lineup & Visa Chaos
Behrouz Tabani missed Spain due to a denied visa. His team is pushing for emergency clearance to reach Italy this weekend.
Confirmed for Italy Pro:
• Ali Edward Kargbo — traveling directly from Spain
• Jordan Hutchinson — entering with major momentum
• William Bonac — aiming for a second win in six days
• Behrouz Tabani — possible if visa clears in time
This show is shaping up as a collision course between Bonac’s veteran precision, Kargbo’s rising threat, and Hutchinson’s fast‑gaining hype.
• ATHLETE UPDATES — PREP TIMELINES & SEASON SHIFTS
Nick Walker — 7 Weeks Out from Tampa Pro
Walker’s latest conditioning check‑ins show him holding Arnold‑level fullness with no off‑season water rebound.
Fans on community forums are calling this his cleanest mid‑prep look ever.
Blessing Awodibu — 2026 Season Shut Down
After four inconsistent peaks (including Pittsburgh and New York), Blessing and his coach are ending the season early.
Focus: quad development, structural balance, and a long rebuild for a 2027 Olympia run.
Jordan Hutchinson — Under Two Weeks Out
Hutchinson’s latest physique update triggered heavy comparison threads against rival Barabani.
Lines are sharper, density is up, and fans are calling this his most dangerous look to date.
• WHAT’S MOVING THE NEEDLE TODAY
• Italy Pro is now the most anticipated pre‑Olympia qualifier of the month.
• Kargbo’s back‑to‑back appearances are generating “ironman” storyline, not like Blessing did 5 shows!
• Bonac’s resurgence is forcing analysts to reconsider the 2026 Olympia threat ladder.
• Andrew Jacked threw up a update. He looked good, round. No major improvement.
• Visa issues continue to disrupt athlete travel across Europe.

TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Bonac is still the hammer.
Kargbo is the rising blade.
Italy Pro is the collision point and someone’s momentum dies there.
Nick Walker looks ahead of schedule.
Blessing shutting it down is the smartest move he’s made this year.
Hutchinson is the wildcard nobody wants to stand next to right now.
The season is tightening. The pressure is real. And the next 10 days will rewrite the Olympia conversation again!
TEAM USP OUT!
