For joints I use fish oil with n2joint rx 5 tabs/day daily. Good mix and stack in ostarine mk2866 if you want full recovery.

I had tennis elbow that hurt me pretty badly for months. It turns out it was a tendon in my tricep that was causing the issue, so try Yoga and stretching to get better from it!
