Got in a rush shoulders session this afternoon, I felt like I did something to my shoulder on my last chest day though so I kept the weight lighter and just went for higher reps, felt tightness but no pain, kept it short. Think I did 10-12 sets total with db's, front/lat raises then like 5 sets Seated Hammer Press and called it.
My test is obviously really high, fresh acne popping up that i haven't had in a while and feeling fkn amazing, unless it's all from just adding the Proviron...
