The reason why I don’t do that much cardio at the gym is because I wake up at 4:30 and I’m at the gym at 5 o’clock when they open and I have to leave the gym between 5:45 and 6 so I can be at work for 6:30 so it does not give me a lot of time to do a 45 minute Workout lifting weights and also 30 minutes of cardio
