your conditioning is getting better very rapidly I feel like
 
thanks for taking the time to update your workout I love the food as well
 
looks like you're getting in some good nutrition and you're kicking ass keep it up
 
do 15min preworkout
and postworkout as you doing now @Justlearning22 we need to get you warmed up
The reason why I don’t do that much cardio at the gym is because I wake up at 4:30 and I’m at the gym at 5 o’clock when they open and I have to leave the gym between 5:45 and 6 so I can be at work for 6:30 so it does not give me a lot of time to do a 45 minute Workout lifting weights and also 30 minutes of cardio
 
Breakfast lunch and dinner yes it’s the same thing I ate yesterday😅

Diet

50 g Protein shake

Breakfast - 3 eggs and sausage omelette

Lunch- tuna lettuce wrap

Dinner- chicken and broccoli

Snack- Half a cup of almonds with a couple of dark chocolate chips mixed in
Breakfast lunch and dinner yes it’s the same thing I ate yesterday😅
food clean but dark chocolate chips , no sugar? or sugar ones?

30 minutes of cardio
training needs improvement
add 15 rep sets to some exercises so you can get a good pump
like drop a 10 set and add 15 rep set :)
