I’m hypoglycemic and have been like that for years so Ik when it’s low. My body starts to shake and I feel really weak so Ik that’s when I need to stop and get something to eat. Would a banana work with my protein shake?

yea thats fine, do a banana with your protein shake but this low blood sugar issue is more along the lines of a glycemic issue with your insulin bro @Justlearning22
but instead of banana take 1 tbps of manuka honey with protein shake and go train try that

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch- salad with chicken

Dinner- chicken and broccoli

Snack- omega-3 mix, Slim Jim, protein, cookie

When I go to the store this weekend, I will get some vanilla protein so I can make an healthier protein shake in the mornings. I will also get some steak. I really appreciate everyone’s help and encouragement at this point in my journey it really means a lot. Besides the one guy that said I have a prison build
