Protein shake with walnuts
Lunch- 2 protein blueberry muffins with fresh blueberries
Dinner- 2 hamburger patties with lettuce
Fruit- fresh mango and banana smoothie with honey and yogurt
Snack- , protein cookie, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar
Training- nothing today, but the rest of this week I’m gonna have long hard workouts. And I will get back to eating my normal amount of food.
