Shoulders have always been a weak point physique wise, strength isn’t bad, but I want them to pop so I’m hitting them twice a rotation. Hopefully they’ll come in more after the var kicks in. Ordered it on the 12th so it should be here by the end of the year, fingers crossed. I ate like shit yesterday ngl, I haven’t had sweets for a year tho and won’t until next Christmas time.

Bulgarian Split squats are amazing.
I'm seeing more and more guys on here, doing them too.
 
One of the things I like about this is your hack squats and leg extensions.

And I like how you're hitting the treadmill for 45 minutes.

Chocolate covered caramels and a few cookies. Nothing crazy and I burned it off yesterday.

Hit 500 at the end of my bulk so I’m just trying to hold onto some of the strength.
