Back is sore af today. It’s awesome, I haven’t been this sore in a long time. I saw someone stacking a plate onto the donkey calf raise machine last week so I did it today. Probably going to do 2 plates on it next week!
 
Food looks great man. You know it is serious meal prep when you have enough chicken to fill a bucket!
It’s only 12 pound this time vs 18 during my bulk😂 one less pound a day. Getting leaner for sure, and the added avocado helps with energy since my carbs are at 120.
 
I've always enjoyed wild rice. It's just so much better than just plain white or brown.
This one is basmati with cilantro in it, did a Mexican marinade this last week and it’s pretty dank.

Getting super impatient for my anavar to come! It’s been almost 3 weeks😩 my weight crept up 5 pounds. I started blasting again tho, it’s probably water. Diet should be pretty on point. I’ve been watching Dr. Mike Israetel a lot lately and will structure it a little differently. Instead of 6 eggs after working out I’ll have my salmon after working out with a small amount of carbs. Fats in the morning and carbs around training. And instead of 12 eggs a day I’m just going to have the 6 in the morning. I’ll probably switch my oatmeal to after training with the salmon cuz I’m not super hungry in the morning.

you cut your sodium down a bit? how much you getting?

6 eggs is good you can do all AM with log GI oatmeal @n8cantrell
but make sure the shakes in play with cardio too

Calories were on point today. Not sure about sodium, but training was pretty good.
