Getting super impatient for my anavar to come! It’s been almost 3 weeks
my weight crept up 5 pounds. I started blasting again tho, it’s probably water. Diet should be pretty on point. I’ve been watching Dr. Mike Israetel a lot lately and will structure it a little differently. Instead of 6 eggs after working out I’ll have my salmon after working out with a small amount of carbs. Fats in the morning and carbs around training. And instead of 12 eggs a day I’m just going to have the 6 in the morning. I’ll probably switch my oatmeal to after training with the salmon cuz I’m not super hungry in the morning.
