are you taking probiotics, digestive enzymes psyllium husk daily?
how many times you go to bathroom daily?
I go to the bathroom 2 times a day for number 2 and way more for number 1. Currently I’m not taking probiotics or any digestive enzymes. I think this may have been a one time occurrence since the pain went away shortly after taking Pepcid but idk

you need to take daily probiotics 20billion and digestive enzymes with EACH meal bro

Oh I’m not taking any of those. What are the amounts I should take for all 3 ? Since I only eat twice a day

Ate from 4:30-8:15am

I found out that the whey was causing my stomach discomfort.

I’m also taking the physicians choice brand of probiotics (60 billion) and their digestive enzyme. My psyllium husk gets here tomorrow let me know how much I should take of that

Pre workout meal : 40g oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey and tbsp of peanut butter

Post workout: 8 oz ground turkey 93/7 with franks red hot and lettuce and 6.5 tbsp butter

Cardio: treadmill 120 min ( 16-17ksteps) non fasted
stationary biking 10 min (2miles) non fasted

Would you guys rather have me keep the weight the same and increase reps by 1 every session or add 2.5 pound every session ?


Fasted 21hrs ate from 5:30-8:30am

Preworkout meal: protein shake, 1 egg and cream of rice

Post workout meal: 94/6 ground turkey (8oz) with 7.5 tbsp butter and 2 eggs

Cardio: walking 90 min non fasted( 14k steps )

I’m planning on taking 1 serving of the probiotic and 1 serving of digestive enzyme with each meal.
Psyllium husk I was planning on taking 2 servings

but psyllium husk you need to get raw powder next time
for now take 4 caps with each meal and drink more water

you do need electrolytes as well like an electrolyte mix you got it? if not get some potassium/magnesium/salts/etc
and drink on empty stomach 1/4 tsp of baking soda in warm water in the morning @Monogordo5
yes just straight baking soda in big 12oz glass of warm/hot water you'll see huge improvements

For sure I’ll try that bro .I’m currently good on electrolytes I have a mix that’s 1g sodium, 200mg potassium and magnesium + potassium and magnesium supplements. I think I get in around 5-6g sodium ,4g potassium and 2g magnesium
