Hello Gentleman, my two week update is crazy
First of all update on dosage:
I bumbed up my test to 600
So the stack right now is
600test sus+600 deca+20dbol+50adrol
With 3iu of hgh daily.
I feel good, I feel better, everything’s firing on all cylinders. The dbol and anadrol are nutz. I’ve seen good improvement in size on my arms and chest. I’m content with these doses but I’ll be moving forward with a similar but more intense set up in the second month of my blast.
I’ve noticed a lot less of muscle fatigue which I had forgot about when stacking the two and how quickly you get strong as f*ck, so I’ve been cautious. Heavy duty schiek wrist wraps when stacking out cable machines and doing heavy sets Bench press because I have small wrists. My main objective is getting that 350 bench press. I’ve been stretching and eating right and massaging with my hypervolt. Taking everyone’s suggestions, I tried cutting the carbs and I was struggling to find the calories that I need to continue to gain weight. I had to let it go, for my goals, for now until I’m stabil weighted. I’m more aware of the amount of carbs I’m ingesting because of the community. After trying both ways, I’m not super strict on the diet reasons being
- I’m trying to gain as much weight as I can, no holds bar (from nutritional sources)
- I need the power + I need the energy for my workouts I’m going insane like CE0 said.
For now I can say that I’ve been cutting out unnecessary carbs that have no purpose like late at night for example. I cut out soda, I cut out mostly all sugar. I’m not eating as much pasta, I’m doing protein like 6-8 oz chicken or chicken with a veggie side most of the time or sub with ground beef. I’m still f*cking up those eggs for sure call me old school. Anyways, with the addition to caffeine along with of course dbol and anadrol there have been days when I was not as hungry as I should have been because I’m all geeked up on that coffee. I had to chill. Also, for the first time since I was in 9th grade I got a mass gainer to meet me in the middle. I get over 1000 cals from this shake alone. It’s a saving grace, I had to get on the creatine as well.
In speaking of new additions I had to up the ante on vitamins and ancillaries I’m now taking
- Saw palmetto
- Lipid stabil
- Liver stabil
- Calcium
- Potassium
- Magnesium
- Super greens
- A total of 2 mg of arimidex a week split in 2 doses
I have been gaining good weight. Each week I’ve gained 6lbs + 6lbs + 3 lbs bringing me to a total of 15 lbs in 3 weeks, pretty standard. Y’all see it’s starting to fall off but I’m ok with that. I’ll stay right here around 222-224 for a week or 2, then I’ll push for 230 by the end of March. I think I’ll be happy at 230 it would be a PR (I’ve never been in the 230’s) and If it will help me break PRs than I’ll be pleased. As for now I’m pleased with the way things are going.
I’m using bands for bench press which I’ve never used before so that’s awesome, slowly elevating the craft, spicing up the bench. My recovery time is going very well averaging 7-8 hours of sleep a day, sometimes more. Most importantly I’m getting rest on Hgh, aka rem sleep. I wake up everyday 90-100% rejuvenated.
Unfortunately to keep it a stack with you bros I’m getting some carpal tunnel pain and tingling in the hand. It is more uncomfortable than painful and it’s pretty sporadic. It doesn’t bother me only but an hour of the day, it comes on randomly. I never knew that this happened or that it would happen to me until I started feeling that hand pump everybody raves about. Yeah it’s real but it’s manageable. For some reason only in my right hand. Weird right? At any rate, Im not having thoughts about lowering anything or getting off of anything so, I will monitor it and carry on in a safe manner. As far as the prostate flare I noticed at 5 days no Ai it came back so maybe it is high estrogen leading to it maybe not. I don’t want to keep playing with my Ai dosage because I hate that dribble affect the prostate can give you. Also the super emotional guard from the movie “The Longest Yard, that’s how I been feeling when I play with my Ai.
Tomorrow I will have an example of the macros I ate today. Also I’ll be posting my two week progress photos for comparison to the first set of body shots.

Leg extension
Pre exaughst the legs
I’m doing strict sets of 10 starting from 30lbs Down the stack to failure set. Which was 135 lbs
Then smith machine squat
- Warm up 2 sets 10 reps with 135
- Set 3 10 reps with 225
I’m sweating like f*ck and I’m extra tired with all the extra weight I’m carrying
- Set 4 10 reps with 225 I feel like I woke my cardiovascular system up with this set, able to breath much better. My boxing coach told me to breath in through the mouth out through the nose, very therapeutic and calming
- Set 5 10reps with 225 easy money
Big pump
- Set 6 10 reps with 245 (should have worn my belt) easy money better than cumming lfg
Seated calf extension
- Set 1 40 lbs 20 reps
- Set 2 55 lbs 20 reps
My feet want to cramp at this point
- Set 3 70 lbs 20 reps
- Set 4 85 lbs 20 reps
- Set 5 100 lbs 20 reps
- Set 6 115 lbs
One leg lunge
- 20 lbs one uncomplete set
My right side feels off in the tailbone area probably aggravated the sciatica nerve.
This is not from lifting I aggrivated area from throwing my 80 lb pit around like ragdol when we play rough
I finished with
Seated leg curl
- 70 lbs for 3 quick sets of 10 reps
Last thing. I’ve got my stack set up for next month, so as soon as it touches down I’ll post a picture
