Approved Log boomsloc first testosterone deca dbol log

wassup bros, I posted the other day about starting this journey and here goes it. This is my first log *queue Jay-z PSA* they call me boomer, I’m 5’9, in my 20s, skinny ass a rifle 135 pounds and today I started my first cycle I don’t really know my bmi but I’ll figure it out soon lol.
Today I got Deca300 10ML, Test E 250 10ML, and Dianabol40mg 50 oral tablets. I injected 1ML of Deca and ate a Dianabol tab.
Training: Today it consisted of weights mostly I worked arms I started with the 30 pounder dumbbells did 5 sets of 10 and grabbed a 35 pounder plate and squatted between each set, then I went down to 25 pounder db and repeated the process, continued to go down to 20 pounder and do the same squatting, then I finished off with the 15 pounders but I squatted a 25 plate instead. Before weight training I ran incline I’m not sure how it’s measured or whatever but I put it all the way up to setting 5 and I ran at the speed of 5.9 and the last minute I sped it up to 10.
Diet: I woke up and ate special K cereal, and then ate 2 birria tacos with Mexican rice, 3 tamales, and to finish it off a soup and some fruits. I also drank 97 oz of water. I know I need to eat more.
Okay that’s it’s for my log. Let me know what I can do better in any aspect and also what I can try to keep track of.

your cycle seems good
but you just did deca and dbol didnt use test in your 1st injection?
why?

also whats your supplement schedule organ liver support?

and your training its pretty good lets see more training updates bro as you go

on the diet we need to talk more
special K cereal needs to go, eat more oatmeal instead
on the rest of the food its too low, to make your live easier
get protein bars like quest bar, add more protein bars at least 3 per day

The plug told me to take the Test E today, he said for example yesterday was Sunday take the Deca on Sunday then the Test E next day, repeat process every three days so next injection of Deca would be Thursday. He’s pretty big so I didn’t question his directions. Is something wrong with his direction? And my supplement schedule organ liver support I actually don’t have anything for that as of right now what would you suggest? I do eat seamoss every other day and I take these like Men Vitamins
Training, I’m trying to go hard in the paint everyday.
Diet, okay no more cereal I’ll start to wake up and eat eggs. Okay I’ll go get some protein bars I was thinking about adding protein shakes and more fruit. I also wanted to add creatine to my day what do you think about that while using gear? Is that too much?
 
fruit and veggies are your best bet, seems like you're lacking that
