Lunch- pot roast and carrots

Dinner- 2 hamburgers patties, carrots

Snack- protein yogurt, protein cookie

yeah man gotta do it. i have an old friend who i linked up with a few years ago. after showing up late, dude whips out his phone and starts bragging about all the girls he knows and even pulls up his bank account to show me (which wasn't even impressive but he thought it was). i was like wow. what a freaking insecure bitch phony and I never talked to him again. people who brag about how many women or money they have are phonies i can see right through it

I fully understand that because most people don’t have the drive that I have to continue to improve my life and not get caught up in the stuff that will diminish that. I keep my circle really small, but I met the guy at gym and that was our first time hanging out.
 
So Friday I was at the pool a buddy of mine was trying to get me to get in the pool. I didn’t want to so he pick me up when I was distracted talking to my wife and then soon as my foot touched the pool I wrapped my arm around his head, twist my body and dropped my weight down and we hit the cement ground, but I didn’t want him to hit his head so I had my arm around it and messed up my elbow. So I’m gonna be doing a lot of cardio, ab exercises and leg days to complete this week.
Damn dude that sounds brutal ive smacked my.elbow off the concrete before and it felt like a broke it the pain was so bad.

you should look into conjac noodles, not too expensive and limit intake to 2-3x/week but they 0 calories 0 carbs
