I Am in Fl. I was going through some things in life and let my self go. Just ate and ate to 311 pounds and I am only 5'10. I was miserable and embarrased. I had enough started a Calorie def with Tirzepetide and I lost over 55 pounds in 4 months. I started taking test 300 twice a week, then added masteron. I was an athlete so I had muscle underneath all my fat. Now I am 255 pounds, I cant believe how big my abs are. I am 48 years old and want to get to 12 percent body fat.

HOW-TO LOG?

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thank you! I will def do a log. This will be my first time, I am super excited. Here is a pic about 15 min ago. I am having a little trouble off and on urinating maybe my prostate from Masteron? Also Its hard to stay asleep. I sleep poorly. I think its because of my calorie Def. I get max 5 hours sleep off and on...

I want to take Rad 140 with my test and Masteron. What do you guys think. I want to be low body fat and look lean with some muscle, somthing I can maintain year round. I dont want to go back to the old Mike.
