Approved Log GW-0742, Andarine S4, S23 Two-month Cycle Log

About myself: 38 years old, 184 cm, 98 kg (fat percentage - approximately 17-18).
There is experience in using AAS.
I want to try the following stack (start 24/03):
s-4 - 50 mg/day
s-23 - 20 mg/day
GW-0742 - 10 mg/day.
Testosterone enanthate - 300 mg/week.
Goal: reducing the percentage of fat to 14-15 while maintaining a weight of at least 95 kg.
There is a calorie deficit.
The questions concern the duration of the course and the compatibility of these preparations with my goals.

Today is the first day of the cycle,
in the morning at 8.30 I drank 25 mg s4, 11.30 20 mg s23,
13.30 10 mg gw0742.
The training started at 14.30. Today, the back (horizontal thrust) and chest (bench press at an angle).
I understand that this is naturally a placebo, but I felt a surge of strength and some confidence at the very first exercise. On the last approaches, there is sweating, but not fatigue.
We are working further. This is just the beginning.

At the moment, I look like this:
At the moment, I am on a calorie deficit and my calorie intake is on average 2500 kcal per day, I also consume 200-220 grams of protein daily.
@Lexx2004 this is a good log start PERFECT. And you look great already POWER muscle.

I think you can drop bodyfat this way but you need to do cardio and lower carbs.

I dont think its a placebo maybe you do feel something.
How about your diet today, what did you eat?
and what weights did you do on the training?

Also, what supplements you take? vitamins? please share
 
Thanks a lot for the feedback. At the moment, I adhere to a calorie deficit and consume on average daily for a week (I count in the application) 2500 +/- kcal. More on training days, less on rest days. As for carbohydrates, they are 2-2.5 grams per kg of weight, as well as protein. What are the plans? Reduce the average daily calorie intake every two weeks, while maintaining at least 200 grams of protein per day (again, the daily average for the week). And so, of course, until the beginning of summer. As for cardio: I do it whenever possible. I track my total calorie intake using a Garmin watch. And +/- I count exactly with the correct setting. As for supplements: 2-3 grams of omega-3, 1 gram of vitamin C and a double preventive serving of multivitamins per day.

make sure you keep your diet details
instead of posting the calories you're getting post up individual foods and post up pictures too
 
keep up the good work
I also think you're much leaner than what you think you are but we want to see those abs in a couple months
