ostarine is one that I’ve had my eye on for a while. My goals are:
1. recovery
2. joint help
3. soft tissue strengthening
4. lean muscle mass
I’m 23 years old and 5’7’’ and 170lbs. I would like to run ostarine for 12 weeks. Would 25mgs be good? Or should I do 50mgs like I see a lot of people doing in 2025?
