Long week but getting a couple much needed days off. Been working my nights with one of my construction crews on a n extremely busy part of town but it’s part of it. Still getting it in.
Took today and tomorrow off as my wife and I are going to see Morgan Wallen in Cleveland so gonna take tomorrow off for sure. Went in this morning and got a quick arm workout out in and some fasted cardio right at an hour on the elliptical. Started Reta this week also @ 2 mgs starting dose. Of course this was from Steroidify from Peptide Hubs. Seems to be curbing the appetite pretty well.
