Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

The only carbs I eat is vegtables, sweet potatoes and rice. The rest Is all protien and fats, from Pork and steak. I feel alot leaner today! I have no idea at what body fat % I am at but maybe I can go 10 pounds lighter?

Hey Bros, quick story that was very encouraging. I personaly dont see that I am big and cut. I have so much to improve and where I want to be. Today a young man in his 20's came up to me and said " man you arms are huge thats what I want to have". Another person came up to me to ask for advice. Hahaha just 7 months ago I was obese at 311 lbs. I love working out and love gear lol. It helped change my life.

@MikeW You definitely have some big arms. They're cut and they're very vascular as well. Don't sell yourself short.

Feeling leaner today. I made some changes to my diet. Going to drop some carbs, and try to get my carbs only from veggies/ salads. The rest Chicken and steak. Going to drop the pork for awhile. I am weighing 226 lbs. Have some back fat/ love handles and some sagging skin lower belly. I have a bottle of cut mix 75mg tren A, 75mg test P, and 100mg Mast. I have been on it a week/ EOD feel good, zero sides. I want to take Gh but dont have the funds, seems expensive. Right now on Test, anavar pre workout, and this cut mix. I think I want to take it to next level not sure how. Gh? Keep doing what I am doing?

feel great and you look great brother :) you’ve already tightened things up with the diet shift and at 226 the combo of test, anavar pre, and cut mix is plenty to keep leaning while holding strength.

GH is nice but if funds don’t allow, don’t stress it, the stack you’re running is more than enough to get sharper. What will push you to the next level is locking diet structure and cardio in with the gear, then track weekly changes with pics and weight so you can adjust food as the fat comes off.
