Bros, Very encouraged and Excited!!!! I was 221.6 lbs this morning!!!! Droping weight faster, that now only eating chicken and eggs with some veggies. Today I ate twice the same thing. Chicken, eggs with cayenne pepper! Feel good and energetic.
Worked out today Chest and Bicepts. I wanted to switch it up today and only used barbels. Flat bench, incline, flies and another not sure what its called. Curls, hamer curls.
