Friend flew down from Melbourne so we decided to hang out last night… no alcohol was consumed but didn’t get to bed till very late. Overall not feeling too bad today, had heaps of energy, strength was lacking a bit most likely due to diet but I’m going to Costco in a couple hours
I like how you incorporated the single arm training and also the other types of workouts. Bench press is also very important. @Eheoew Consistency is key. I see that you are getting on a roll.

last nights sleep was fucked only got 48 mins, unsure why as I wasn’t on Vyvanse and I was really tired but I just couldn’t get to sleep. Burnt as fuck from the beach and so drained but still smashed out a quads n calves workout. Felt quite strong in most exercises but still feeling extremely weak with squats. Have been laying in a cold bath past 30 mins
