Movements in a good spot. Weighted dip slightly down as bodyweight has gone up a few kilos so basically leveled out. Will probably undulate a bit over the next few months rather than linear increases like some other movements. Body feeling good and no issues with joints. Keen to have a chill day other than training and chill right out.
