Happy with push today. Considering calories are low progression is still coming albeit slightly slow which makes sense. One more week of limited calories then its bodyweight push up time. Mid 90-100 lean is the goal. Very achieveable I would say. Will push about .5kg max per week spanning a 25 week bodyweight push up. Then a European holiday where it’s maintainance for 5 weeks and back to the grind. Always like planning my calendar year ahead and having a concise plan. If I want to compete next year can’t just wing it
