Really nice work on this champ. I like the seated hamstrings and I like the hip press. @Bigcheese2000 you're doing great on this, and the horizontal calf press is good, too.

Yeah may bring in some lunges or Bulgarians actually. Been toying around with volume I like that recommendation

Movements in a good spot. Weighted dip slightly down as bodyweight has gone up a few kilos so basically leveled out. Will probably undulate a bit over the next few months rather than linear increases like some other movements. Body feeling good and no issues with joints. Keen to have a chill day other than training and chill right out.
