looking to do some DSIP. I've heard good things about this peptide when it comes to sleep. With 500 mcg before bed, will that be good enough or should I run it less or more? I'm looking to improve my sleep quality and have better recovery results.
Like all these peptides, try with a smaller dosage and see what happens. Maybe 100 or 200 mcg. If you don't see the results you want after a few days, then you can start increasing it.
