Dosage questions?

I was thinking about getting Anavar and Winstrol. I’m planning to take 40 mg total per day (spread out due to half life). Workout 6 days a week with cardio. My main focus is to cut fat and just get leaner. Im not too familiar with SARMs. Would they be a better way to go or just go with the Winny and Anavar?

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat?

i definitely do not care for any oral without testosterone... if you want to get the most effective fat burning, minimize the side effects and have a far greater chance of keepability, you would be far better off sticking with sarms...

why 40mgs? do full 50mgs ed of winstrol and anavar and 7caps n2guard

All my blood work shows optimal numbers, including lipids and blood pressure. My diet can use work, but for the most part is very good. I’ve always struggled with weight.

@Knights1868 your bodyfat is very high to use steroids, you can have serious issues with blood flow and BP

@Knights1868 I'm not your mom or your dad so I will tell you the truth, if you do end up using steroids there are side effects, but before you start steroids let us help you set your diet and training up.

start your LOG journal diary with diet training cardio sleep on anabolex asap so we can guide you and help you make changes before you start a cycle.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details.
