Hi! This will be my log as a female athlete with US-pharmacies.

About me:
34 years old
Female
Current bw 147
Currently on a cut

Where I started: 220+lbs

First cycle:
100mg EQ per week
HRT base (10mg test, 3mg estradiol, 400mg progesterone)
2iu hgh

Second cycle:
40mg primo per week
HRT base
2iu hgh

Currently I am in a cut and monitoring bloodwork to raise shbg in preparation for another cycle!

Hi! Thank you for the welcome guys. Yes I did 100mg of eq for 12 weeks! It was a great cycle. I felt like I gained a lot of strength during.

I will add that I don’t do body building style strength training. I am one of those damn crossfitters lol. So my box recently became a hyrox affiliate so thursdays are hyrox workouts. Today looked like this:

I did the workout as prescribed with no scaling.

I should also add my cut stack:
Reta 7mg per week
Mots c 1mg daily
Mirabegron 100mg split 2x daily
L carnitine 500mg am
Slu pp 300mg split 3x daily
Clenbuterol 40mcg am

Right now I’m slowly cutting and just kind of hanging out while my low Shbg recovers from the primo cycle. Bloodwork looked great after cycle except for Shbg which plummeted down to 10. I’d like to increase that before my next cycle!

Today’s workout:

Hit my sets of bench at 120, felt good! One day I want to bench my bw 🤔. My last pr was 130 so today’s workout leads me to believe I can try for more now.
I did scale the second half of the workout. I can’t string together that many DU so I did 72 SU for the rope. And for deadlift weight I did 165. Total time was 12:01.
All together good workout today, weather is starting to heat up the gym tho!

Hello!
Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Today is pretty boring for my log and tomorrow probably will be as these are my rest days. Today I went rollerblading after work, yes rollerblading lol. Then I came home and walked my dog. Got a lot of steps in today! 17k+.

Don’t forget to wish your mothers a happy Mother’s Day tomorrow! 😉

Why no scaling on the workout? If I understand it right you'd have had even better results

To scale, or not to scale, that is the question. Haha jk anyway, I guess it depends on the persons goals and abilities. Usually people try to do the prescribed weights and distances because of how the programming is built and structured to try and make you stronger. But if you have injuries or aren’t able to lift the prescribed weight or go the full distance then you would choose to scale. This workout if I would have scaled the weights, yes u would have gotten a faster time, but I wouldn’t have gotten the stimulus that I needed/wanted.

18 deadlifts 145lbs
Max calories assault bike in remaining time

My total calories for the bike: 50

This workout kind of kicked my ass and the deadlifts even at 205 felt hard for me in this deficit. My max is only 250lbs so I am working on that! I do have a CrossFit competition this coming Saturday so I may need to do a carb up before 🤔 I am starting to see some lines come back and I’m glad I’m not looking fat for summer (last summer I planned my bulk mid summer, DUMB IDEA).
