Let's talk about cardio and weight training

I'm looking to incorporate cardio and weight training in my sessions. Right now I'm training three to five times a week. Let's say I were to go to the gym. Should I do my cardio first then weight train or should I do weight training first then cardio? My goals are more muscle and more endurance.

If your goal is muscle hypertrophy, always hit the weights first while your glycogen stores are full and explosive strength is at its peak. It is best to do cardio immediately after strength training (for 20–30 minutes) or schedule it on separate days altogether so the two workouts don't interfere with each other.
