back in my late 20s I peaked when it came to strength. Then due to personal problems and other factors I kind of went away from strength training for a while.
Now I’m 38 years old and I’m ready to push and break new personal records again but I would like to use steroids to help me. I’m 183 pounds and 5’6’’
I’ve decided the cycle would be deca and testosterone.
Should I go with test E or cyp? And is 12 weeks good or do you need to go 16 weeks?
