I’m looking to do a simple 3 day split
maybe push-pull-legs or maybe push-legs- pull etc.
Do you have any tips when it comes to doing this type of split routine is there any rules as to how long you can do it before you have to switch it out and you rotate your split days or do you keep them the same?
