I am 50 years old and took early retirement after my wife passed away. I am trying to get into good shape since I was married for 30 years and now I am single for the first time.

Sorry to hear that man. Hang in there. I am glad you are putting your focus into yourself and fitness instead of a negative path. I recommend Cardarine, N2Slin, and any other SARM that interests you.
