I'm trying to eat as clean as possible but supplement with whey protein as well as MRP in order to get calories, proteins, carbs etc...

Animal Complete Meal has 500 calories serving, 46 g protein and 49 g carbs.

This really helps when I don't have time to put together meal and need my calories etc

What are some other complete MRP you guys like?

@Caffeineman45 well before you do MRP do some normal protein for a while
are we going to see your LOG soon or this is going to be forever Qs?
 
you are more likely to gain a lot of bad mass than you are to build muscle
 
500 calorie per serving is ridiculous that would mean it's got way too much sugar in it
 
you don't need your calories to build muscle you need to eat good quality food
 
I would say a product like this does more harm than good
 
Guys are making great points definitely avoid as many fake ingredients as possible
