So I ordered from Sarms4Sale, and they announced my product purchase, name and location to the entire world. I showed the site to a friend, and they posted a screenshot of my information on the sale of the items. Honestly, this freaked me out and I contacted customer service to ask if they could turn that shit off, at least for me.

The customer service rep was extremely rude. Now, I admit, I shouldn't have said "Turn this shit off," that is definitely not the best way to lead, but I was sincerely trying to ask her to delete my name from the site. The customer service rep argued against this being a privacy concern and said if I didn't like it, order somewhere else. I promptly asked for a refund and to cancel my order, and she said to never order from them again.

Her defense was that it was funny that I was the only one to complain in 18 months. Honestly, I'm not feeling comfortable with this process, but she did refund me.

I think sarms4sale is a legit company but maybe you had an misunderstanding with them.

I saw that pop up on their site, I think you can opt out of that and they probably didn't know it was happening.

What was your customer support interaction with them? post it up so we can see.

TLDR: If you can, use a fake name when ordering on Sarms.Forsale. They need to remove PII from the notifications. I AM NOT KNOCKING THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT! Several friends swear by it. I am trying to bring questionable sales practices to light so they can resolve them and protect buyers...
