Nope, really trying to get out of my own head and progress linearly until it shits the bed.

Actually a tiny change, upped the retatrutide a unit or 2 to get me over 2mg every 9 days. I gained 8 lbs in Aruba, and have been eating at maintenance. Sitting at 185, which is up 3-5 lbs from baseline
