best cycle for younger guys

I’m only 25 years old and I have been training for 6 years off and on
I want to try steroids again. I ran them when I was younger but don’t even remember what I ran. I think it was deca or something. Didn’t know what I was doing. Can I start a clean slate now and run them the right way?
What suggestions for steroids would be best for me?
I’m 220 pounds and 17% body fat
