Update on my injury


Went to the Osteopath today, legendary man.
60 minutes of pain and majority of my issue seems to be fixed - so I’ll be going back to the gym full time tomorrow.

Some exercises that engage my neck I won’t be doing (eg shrugs)
I may even consider not going heavy at all on any form of upper body workouts for a week or 2.

Once again I apologise for being slack the last few weeks. But we back on boys.
 
Also forgot to post my third meal of the day - creamy garlic steak bites w/ potato’s

And plenty of red meat in this weeks plan to keep that Texan guy happy 🤣🙏🏼

They got some some jars over here, like a really thick liquid I been looking at lately. Had them before bro they’re fucking good.
