This weeks been a solid week for training diet and sleep. I’m feeling the intensity in the oils I’m taking. I love training while on cycle makes the pump better the mindset better and recovery better. I’ve also been sleeping a pretty crazy amount when I could one night I got 12 hours just about and every other night it’s been about 9-10 hours which is very different for me. Diets stayed consistent with the previous posts of the tracking trying to get above 200g of protein and 300+ of carbs obviously more carbs would be nice but that’s something to just improve. I’ve always found when I’ve been on previous cycles that I’ve kinda just felt the same. But this one’s already feeling good feeling fresh and energised it’s fucken awesome.

@shadow labs . Will be going away at the end of the week to go get my missus her new car so it’ll be nice to train in a different gym that would be bigger than the one I’m used to.
Had a pull day today, was a nice session got plenty of volume in and finished it all off with a 20 minute incline walk to just keep my cardio up to scratch. Will post the workout down below I use an app called alpha progression it’s a pretty handy app for logging I feel very easy to use. Will keep the posts going throughout the week on bits and bobs for those who are interested. Again appreciate all the feedback I’m getting everyone can be better in someway.
