1x Abductors 12 x 40kg
1x Adductors 20 x 80kg
2x Leg curl 12 x 40kg
2x Leg extension 13 x 60kg
2x calf raise 15 x 120kg
1x double track squat 9 x 0
1x Single leg press 10 x 60kg
1x leg press 13 x 130kg
1x leg press calf raise 21 x 160kg

Last 3 exercises I felt really locked in and pushed out some really good working sets

Implemented more salt/potassium this week with a small increase on the scales.

No other changes to macros/training at the moment.
