Upper session last night was solid. Forgot wrist straps so rows were a bit grip-limited, but still held 70kg x 10 and 8 on muscle mass row.
Big wins were:
* Max pump high row: 55kg x 12 and 10
* Incline chest press: 30kg x 15 and 12
* Chest fly: 60kg x 12 and 12
* Pullover: 40kg x 15 top set
* Tricep dip machine: 100kg x 15 and 12
Rear delts held steady at 80kg x 12 and 12. Laterals were down a bit, likely fatigue from pressing/flys before them.
Overall good session, chest and high rows moved really well.
